General Terms & Eligibility
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 62bat platform and all its services. By accessing 62bat through its website, app, or any digital channel, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.
Please read this entire document carefully before using the platform. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Registration & Verification
2.1 Registration Requirements
To enjoy the full services of 62bat, you must create a personal account. Providing accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of your account.
2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each user may operate only one account. Opening more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the closure of all accounts, and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
62bat reserves the right to verify your identity at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. As part of this process, a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
2.4 Account Security
Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. Report any unauthorized access to our support team immediately.
Age Limit & Eligibility
62bat is operated for individuals aged 21 and above only. Participation by minors on the platform is strictly prohibited.
At the time of registration, you will be required to submit an age declaration. If any user registers with a false age, that account and all associated transactions will be considered void.
If a family member or guardian of an underage player becomes aware of this, they are requested to contact our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on 62bat is ৳500. The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into your account:

Deposited funds will only become available on the platform once they have reached the designated account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must have sufficient verified funds available to make a withdrawal.
Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit. If account verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
4.3 Currency & Conversion
62bat operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits and withdrawals will be completed in Taka. Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
62bat offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳42,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are only usable on specific games and sections of 62bat.
- Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another account.
- While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated unless specifically stated otherwise.
- 62bat reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
5.4 VIP & Cashback Program
62bat has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.2%. Tiers are upgraded based on player activity and participation. Cashback is paid out every week and has no wagering requirement.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets cannot exceed a specified amount unless sufficient funds are available in the account. 62bat reserves the right to cancel unintentional bets caused by technical errors.
6.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Odds and betting markets may change based on market conditions. All sports betting rules apply according to the type of specific event.
6.3 Casino Games
Live casino, slots, fishing games, and other games each have their own gaming rules. It is the player's responsibility to read the rules displayed within each game. 62bat ensures that all games are fair and run on verified algorithms.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
62bat is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to participate in betting or games.
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
- Colluding with other players.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Harassing or engaging in abusive conduct toward other users.
- Operating an account with a false identity or false information.
If any of the above prohibited conduct is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by 62bat
62bat may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
- Account inactive for an extended period.
- Order from a court or legal authority.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your own account at any time. Any remaining funds must be withdrawn before closure. If an account is closed through the self-exclusion process, it cannot be reopened before the designated period ends.
Responsible Gaming
